Chamomile

The world’s most underestimated herb. Every home should have some. Chamomile is at its most remarkable when used for children but adults can do very well with it too.

Skullcap

Skullcap used to be the primary treatment for people with intensely overloaded nervous systems.
It was used for epilepsy, convulsions, hysteria, rabies...

Relaxing Herbal Tea

The following is a formula for a tea that we use a great deal of in my practice. People generally find the taste of it very agreeable and most importantly, find it to be very effective.

The amounts indicated are for a large supply. They are put here to demonstrate the proportions.

  Chamomile   100gms
  Lemon Balm 100gms
  Skullcap 60gms
  Passionflower 60gms
  Lavender flower 40gms

The dosage for the Relaxing Tea is 2-3 heaped tsps to a large cup of boiling water (2 hpd tsps will be ample for most people). Cover the cup or whatever you are using (we use a clean coffee plunger to make our teas) for a good 10 minutes, then strain and drink. You are welcome to add honey.

We have given this tea to many hundreds of people over the years.
If you drink it, it will relax you.
