There are in fact some good herbal options for ED but not in the way you might expect, they do not and cannot work quickly. If anyone is offering you some natural form of Viagra you can be sure it is a con, avoid.

Men find as they get into doing this that it gets steadily easier to get and sustain a good erection for longer and longer periods of time. You simply get your confidence back.
